Donna M. (Franzen) Theisen

Donna Marie Theisen, age 64 of Carleton, passed away at home unexpectedly on Saturday, April 15, 2023.

Born December 23, 1958 in Trenton, MI. She was the daughter of the late Harold and Delphine (Rusch) Franzen. Donna graduated from Monroe High School in 1977. After school, she worked at Taco Bell for a long time. Donna then worked at Busch’s Fresh Food Market for many years.

Donna used to play in a Pool League as well as play softball for fun. In her free time, she liked to listen to classic rock music, to go on vacation anywhere by the water, and go fishing.

Most importantly, she loved spending quality time with her friends and family. Whenever she walked into the room, everyone always gravitated towards her. Donna was liked by each new person she met. She will be deeply missed and cherished in the hearts of her loved ones.

Beloved mother of David Franzen, Kari (Jacob) Inman, and Brianne Theisen. Loving companion of Shelby Callahan. Dearest grandmother of Anthony Franzen, Seseana Franzen, Jacob Franzen, Isabella Inman, and Madelyn Inman. Great grandmother of Michael Alberts. Dear sister of Sharon Richardson, Donald (Sandy) Franzen, and Kenneth (Kathy) Franzen. Donna was preceded in death by her parents.

Everyone is invited to a visitation on Thursday, April 20, 2023, at Rupp Funeral Home from 1:00 pm until the time of service starting at 7 pm. In accordance with her wishes, cremation will conclude services.
