William “Bill” Karl Beaudry
March 5, 1966 – April 5, 2025
William “Bill” K. Beaudry, age 59, of Ida, passed away peacefully on Saturday, April 5, 2025 at ProMedica Toledo Hospital.
Born March 5, 1966, in Detroit, MI, he was one of two children born from the union of James and Martha (Rehberg) Beaudry. Bill attended and graduated from Monroe High School with the class of 1984 and went on to attend college. Bill met the love of his life, Bridgette Jackson, and in 1988, they were married and together they raised two beautiful daughters. Bill and Bridgette were able to spend 37 wonderful years together. He started his working career at Motor City Plastics in Dundee as a Quality Manager for more than 30 years and went on to work for Paul Maddux Trucking Company as a driver.
Bill was a vibrant, loyal and dependable man. His strength and perseverance were admirable. His ability to light up a room any time he entered or to make others laugh and smile was absolutely who he was. He loved being the center of attention and his impact on people was apparent. Bill always had a listening ear and a shoulder to cry on when you needed it. He was a loving husband, a wonderful dad, son and brother and an unforgettable papa. He loved each and every moment he spent with his family, and his grandbabies were his pride and joy. He never took life for granted.
Bill enjoyed camping, traveling and music. He was an avid University of Michigan football fan, and you would often see him in his maize and blue sweatshirt. He tackled everything that came his way with his famous quote “everything will be fine. We’ll figure it out.” He will truly be missed by all that knew and loved him.
To cherish his memory, he leaves his loving wife, Bridgette, his mother, Martha Beaudry, two daughters: Bianca (Brandon) Borgert and Bailey (Kayla) Beaudry; two grandchildren: Miles and Mia Borgert; a sister, Mary (Bradley) Beaudry Schiller and three nephews, Daklen, Daschal, and Gentry Beaudry – Schiller.
Bill is preceded in death by his father, James E. Beaudry.
