Terry L. Bellner
July 9, 1946 – August 23, 2021
Terry Lee Bellner, age 75 of Monroe, passed away surrounded by his loving family at home on Monday, August 23, 2021.
Terry was born on July 9, 1946 in Toledo, Ohio. He was one of six children born to the late Vern and LaVita (DeShetler) Bellner. Terry graduated from Monroe High School in 1966. He then proudly served his country in the United States Navy on the USS Enterprise from 1966 to 1969. Terry made his living as a custodian and in maintenance at St. Anne's Church and at the IHM Visitation.
On April 23, 1971, Terry married the love of his life, Rosanne Feaganes, at St. Patrick Church in Carleton. They raised a family of two daughters and spent 50 wonderful years together.
Terry was a member of St. Anne's Church and the Men's Club. He was also a member of VFW Post 4093 in Carleton. Terry enjoyed going on cruises and bus trips with his family. He loved model cars and hot rods.
To cherish his memory, Terry leaves his loving wife, Rosanne; two daughters: Mary (Thomas) Cox and Theresa (Mark Cochran) Linderman; grandchildren: Matthew (Lana) Bellner, Elizabeth Finley, Thomas (Alexandra) Cox, Gabriel Linderman, and Zoe Cochran; great grandchildren: Emberlynn and Oakley; siblings: Leon (Sharon) Bellner, Maryann (Brian) Quick, Lisa (George Rorke) Colon, and Vern Bellner, and his faithful, loving companion Zeus.
Along with his parents, Terry is preceded in death by his sister and brother-in-law, Donna and Cecil Hearndon, a niece, and several nephews.
Family and friends may visit Thursday, August 26, 2021 at Rupp Funeral Home from 12:00 to 8:00 pm where the Rosary will be recited at 7:00 pm by the St. Anne's Men's Club. Terry will lie in-state on Friday, August 27, 2021 at St. Anne's Church at 9:30 am where a Mass of the Resurrection will begin at 10:30 am. Officiating is Fr. Henry Rebello. Burial will follow at Roselawn Memorial Park.
