November 7, 1990 - June 6, 2021

Rebecca Katharine Mullen, age 30 of Fowlerville, passed away unexpectedly after a courageous battle with numerous ailments on Sunday June 6, 2021 at Henry Ford Hospital Main.

Becca was born to Paul and Melinda (Davis) Howe while Paul was stationed on a military base November 7, 1990 in Mead County, SD. She would go to earn her Masters Degree and became a Certified Therapeutic Recreational Specialist. Becca would marry the love of her life, Andrew Mullen, on June 18, 2016 in Ottawa Lake, MI.

Becca had a passion for the elderly. She used her degree and became certified as a Dementia Specialist in her work as a Life Enrichment Director. Becca found comfort in providing entertainment, comfort, and joy to seniors. She was also fond of animals, especially her “furbabies”. In her spare time, Becca enjoyed painting and spending time with her loving family and friends.

To cherish her memory, Becca leaves her loving husband, Andrew; her parents, Paul and Melinda Howe; two brothers: Kenneth and Patrick (Nicole Bellant) Howe, niece: Payton Howe; grandparents Alvin and Patricia   (Watling) Sancrant and Judith (Mayes) Davis, and many other loving family members and friends.

She is preceded in death by grandparents, Dr. Gerald and Sarah (Shawaker) Howe, and Lynwood Davis.

Family and friends may visit from 2-8pm at Rupp Funeral Home on Thursday June 17, 2021 where a celebration of life will be held at 11am on Friday June 18, 2021.  Burial will immediately follow at Roselawn Memorial Park, LaSalle.
