Patricia Ann Young, age 64 of LaSalle, passed away the morning of Saturday November 5, 2022 in her home surrounded by her loving family.

Patricia was born June 9, 1958 in Highland Park, MI to Paul and Irene (Blankenship) Henderson. She attended John Glenn High School. Patricia would go on to meet and marry the love of her life, Garry W.H. Young, on March 3, 2007 in Auburn Hills, MI.

Patricia’s favorite past time was to feed ducks wherever she could find them. She also loved to garden, particularly tending to her rosebushes. Patricia also loved crafts of all sorts, becoming a very talented doll maker throughout the years. Whenever she got the chance, Patricia loved to sit on the porch in her rocking chair and just soak in and appreciate the life her and Garry had built.

To cherish her memory, Patricia leaves her loving husband, Garry; daughter, Brandy (Brandon) Rosenburg; three brothers: Fred, Jim, and Paul Henderson; and two grandchildren: Eden and Ava Rosenburg.

Patricia is preceded in death by her parents.

In accordance with Patricia’s wishes, cremation has occurred and a memorial gathering will be held on Friday November 11, 2022 from 3-5pm, with a celebration of her life at 5pm. Larry Detruf will officiate.
