Pamela Baron Obituary

Pamela L. Baron

April 27, 1955 – June 27, 2021

Pamela Lynn Baron, age 66 of Newport, passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Sunday, June 27, 2021, at her home under hospice care.

Born April 27, 1955, in Monroe, Pam was one of five children of the late Edward and Vivian (Pfaff) Duvall. Pam graduated from Jefferson High School in 1973. She later met the love of her life: Daniel J. Baron. They got married on February 2, 1974, at her parents' home in Monroe. They raised a family of six children and spent over 47 wonderful years together. Pam was a loving homemaker to her children and husband.

In her free time, Pamela enjoyed going glamping in a cabin with family, as well as going on car rides. She liked to go swimming in the pool when the weather was right. She liked watching a good movie. Pam also enjoyed spending her time outside planting her flowers, tending to her garden, and bird watching. She was an animal lover, but had a fondness for her dog, Scooter.

Most importantly, Pam loved spending her quality time with her family, especially her grandchildren. They were her world to spoil and treasure. Pamela will be known as a great mom and wonderful grandma. She will be deeply missed and cherished in the hearts of her loved ones.

Beloved wife of Daniel Baron. Loving mother of Daniel (Katherine) Baron II, Sarah (Russell III) Boudrie, Rebecca (Raaf) Khalef, Jacob (Amanda) Baron, Rachel (Joshua) Foland, and Ethan Baron. Dearest grandmother of Russell IV, Emily, Riley, Melanie, Andrew, Raaf, Jacob II, Wesley, Joseph, Warren, Milo, and Zoe. Dear sister of Daniel (Laurie) Duvall and David (Pamela) Duvall. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Pam was preceded in death by her siblings: Sandra Youngman and Ronald Diamond.

In accordance with the families wishes, there will be a visitation on Wednesday, June 30, 2021 at Rupp Funeral Home from 4:00 to 8:00 pm. The funeral service will be private for family and close friends only. Officiating the service is Fr. Henry Rebello. Burial will follow to St. Charles Cemetery in Newport.
