Michael D. Pyle
November 9, 1963 – September 5, 2023
Michael David Pyle, age 59 of Monroe, passed away on Tuesday, September 5, 2023, at Toledo Hospital.
Born November 9, 1963 in Charleston, South Carolina. He is the son of Parks Pyle and the late Margaret (Richardson) Pyle. Mike attended Jefferson High School.
Mike made his living working at Chrysler Automotive Manufacturing at the Trenton Engine Plant. He held many positions, but most recently was a Team Leader. Mike worked around 25 years there, before having to medically retire in 2022.
Mike met and married the love of his life: Connie Russell on April 16, 1994, at Stewart Road Church of God in Monroe. Together they liked to go to antique stores or flea markets in their spare time. They raised their family and spent over 29 wonderful years together.
Mike was a member of the Monroe Rod and Gun Club. In his younger years, Mike liked to be outdoors, fishing and hunting. In his free time, he loved to listen to classic rock and metal music while riding on his Harley motorcycle around town. Later on, he developed an interest in vintage bicycles. He had his own collection of Schwin Bicycles and would also fix ones that needed repair.
If ever in need, Mike was always there to lend a helping hand. He would drop everything in a minute to help out those he loves. Mike will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
