March 5, 1956 – June 10, 2021

 

Michael Keith Hall, age 65 of Monroe, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, June 10, 2021 at his home in Monroe.

 

Born March 5, 1956 in Detroit. He was one of four sons of the late Claude and Patsy (Collins) Hall. Mike graduated from Western High School in Detroit. He later continued his education at a Community College.

 

Mike was a very charitable man, he loved doing community service work. He was a humanitarian. He volunteered countless time over at the YMCA. Mike also spent his time coaching high school baseball. He was a sports fan but always preferred baseball to everything else. He used to play baseball and bowl. Every year, he, and his cousins: Dewey and Joe would go together to a Detroit Tigers Baseball game to root them on.

 

In his free time, he enjoyed reading. One author he liked was J.R.R. Tolkien. Mike will be known as being a great person who would give the shirt off his back to anyone in need. He was very giving, kind and loved whole heartedly. Most importantly, Mike liked spending his quality time with his family, they were his world. He was proud of his daughters and their accomplishments. He will be deeply missed and cherished in the hearts of his loved ones.

 

Beloved father of Dawn Weber, Jazmyn Hall, and Brittney Hall. Loving grandfather of Kymberley (Jason) Mesenburg and Alexis (Nick) Grubb. Great-grandfather of Brock &Brody Mesenburg. Dear brother of David (Vessi) Hall. Also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.

 

In addition to his parents, Mike was preceded in death by his brothers: Morris and Randy Hall.
