Margaret "Marge" L. Hoffman

Margaret Louise Hoffman of Dundee died at St. Joseph Mercy Hospital in Ypsilanti with family at her side.

Friends and family may call from 12:00 to 8:00 pm at Rupp Funeral Home on Monday, October 11, 2021. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Tuesday, October 12, 2021, at Rupp Funeral Home. Burial will be at Maple Grove Cemetery in Dundee.

Born June 16, 1949, in Monroe, Marge was the daughter of Donald and Mary Lou (Sweet) Geiman. She married the love of her life and best friend, Ernest "Ernie" E. Hoffman, at Holy Ghost Lutheran Church on August 15, 1970. Marge was baptized and confirmed at Holy Ghost. Ernest E. Hoffman, her loving husband, preceded her in death on August 28, 2004.

Marge loved baking and giving her baked goods to family and friends. She also loved gardening, growing flowers, and playing cards (Euchre).

Surviving her are a son, Scott E. (Karen) Hoffman, and two grandchildren, Megan and Jacob. She loved her son and daughter-in-law very much and her granddaughter and grandson were always her pride and joy. She is also survived by one brother, Douglas (Cheryl) Geiman.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to ProMedica Hospice of Monroe.
