Luella F. Ciacelli

Luella Ciacelli, age 97, of Monroe, passed away peacefully in her home on November 25, 2023.

Born November 13, 1926, she was the daughter of the late Louis and Dorothy (Brancheau) Uckley. Luella attended and graduated from Monroe High School. In 1956, she went on to marry Mario Ciacelli and together they raised two children. Sadly, after 41 years of marriage, Mario passed.  Luella held many jobs during her life, starting at the Paper Mill and most recently working for Monroe Bank and Trust.

Luella was a wonderful woman. She was easy-going, simple, gracious, and easy to be around. She loved her children and grandchildren and was at her happiest when she was with them. She was also an animal lover, especially her cats. In her spare time, she enjoyed crocheting, bowling, bunko, and having dinner with her friends. She will be greatly missed by those who call her family and friends.

To cherish her memory, she leaves her two sons, Thomas Ciacelli and Brandon (Lynn) Ciacelli, four grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her Husband, Mario and sisters, Ruth Patterson, and Barbara Grabowski.

In accordance with her wishes, cremation has taken place. Arrangements have been entrusted to Rupp Funeral Home.
