Louis S. Randazzo

Louis S. Randazzo, age 66 of Detroit, formerly of Monroe, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, April 8, 2025, in his home.

Born March 3, 1959 in Monroe, he is the son of the late Peter M. and Frances H. (Castello) Randazzo. Louis worked for many years at local fast-food restaurants as a janitor. He loved watching the Three Stooges and supporting his Detroit sports teams, especially the Detroit Lions. Louis was an avid Oldies music fan and could name every song from memory after only hearing a few notes from his favorite station, CKLW.

To cherish his memory, Louis leaves his three siblings: Julia Randazzo of Monroe, Peter Randazzo of Georgia, and Ben (Louise) Randazzo of Monroe; one nephew, Victor (Liz) Randazzo; and two nieces, Nicole Gross and Natosha Randazzo.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his grandparents.

Family and friends may visit from 11 a.m. until services celebrating his life begin at 3 p.m. Tuesday, April 15, 2025, at Rupp Funeral Home, 2345 S. Custer Road, Monroe, MI 48161. Rev. Fr. David Burgard will officiate. In accordance with his wishes, cremation will follow.
