Larry A. Killion, age 72, of Monroe, passed away on Tuesday, June 10, 2025 at ProMedica Monroe Regional Hospital.

Born September 25, 1952 in Monroe Michigan, He was the son of the late Faye and Mildred (Williams) Killion and raised by his mother and Curt Collingsworth. Larry attended Monroe Public Schools and went on to enlist in the United States Army. He provided for his family working in the steel manufacturing industry for many years.

On November 24, 1973, Larry married the love of his life, Nancy Drouillard and together they raised three children. They enjoyed more than fifty wonderful years together before his passing. He held his wife and children in the highest regard and their well-being met the world to him.

Larry was a righteous man. He was easy-going and was someone that everyone could count on. Larry loved the outdoors. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and gardening but most of all he loved his family. He will be truly missed by all that loved and knew him.

To cherish his memory, Larry leaves his loving wife, Nancy Killion, three children: Larry (Meghan) Killion, Tony Killion and Misty Killion; a brother, Wayne Killion and many grandchildren.

Family and friends may visit on Friday, June 13, 2025, at Rupp Funeral Home from 2 until 6 pm. A service in his honor will begin at 6 pm.
