Jeanette was born December 11, 1934 in Carleton, MI. She was the daughter of the late Walter and Anne (Oberleiter) Miller. Jeanette graduated from St. Mary Academy in 1952.
While raising her family, Jeanette co-owned her own shop called J & J Stitchery in Monroe. She was a talented seamstress for many years. As an avid sewer, she made prom and wedding dresses as well as many dance costumes for her daughters and other dancers. She was especially talented at hand-beading, and beaded many of her daughters' ballet costumes as well as wedding dresses for friends and family members. Jeanette then worked for Biniecki Brothers Feed & Grain, her husband’s family business. She became an Accounts Receivable Clerk at North Star Steel for five years before transferring to La-Z-Boy for 10 years. She retired from La-Z-Boy in 1994.
Jeanette met and married the love of her life, Joseph Biniecki on April 11, 1953 at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church. They raised a family of five children and spent over 38 years together before he sadly passed away in 1991. She found second love and married Donald Fling on December 16, 1994, at St. Mary Catholic Church on the Lake in Irish Hills, MI. He passed away in 2005 after 11 years together. Later, she met Stephen Juhasz and they were close companions for each other for 12 years before he passed in 2024.
Jeanette was a long-time member at St. Joseph Catholic Church of Maybee. She was also a dedicated member of the Monroe County 4-H Program and the Farm Bureau. In her free time, she enjoyed being in her garden. Jeanette loved tending to her flowers and canning the different vegetables she grew. Besides sewing, she also loved to embroider, and shared many gifts of her hand-made works of art. Most importantly, she treasured her family. Jeanette will be deeply missed and cherished in the hearts of her loved ones.
To cherish her memory, Jeanette leaves her loving children: Dale (Reda) Biniecki of Monroe, Phyllis (Danny) McCormick of Monroe, and Joette (Mark) Zochowski of Newport; 13 grandchildren; and 26 great grandchildren, with one more on the way.
