Haley Lynn Langmeyer, age 22, of Monroe passed away from COVID-19 on Wednesday May 12, 2021 at Michigan Medicine.

Haley was born November 20, 1998 in Monroe, MI to Michael and Laurel (Miller) Langmeyer. She graduated from Monroe High School in 2017 receiving a scholarship to Monroe County Community College. Haley completed the Esthetician Program at the Douglas J Aveda Institute, Ann Arbor, in 2019. She used her skills and expertise at the European Wax Center, Canton.

Haley had a love for the performing arts. She was active in the Monroe Middle School and Monroe High School Choirs and the Agora Chorale at Monroe Community College. Haley danced at the River Raisin Centre for the Arts for 15 years and was involved in youth and adult RRCA musical theater programs as well as Monroe Middle School and Monroe High School theater.

Family and friends are invited to gather from 2-3pm on Saturday May 15, 2021 at the River Raisin Centre for the Arts, where a memorial service celebrating Haley's life will be held at 3 pm. Rev. David Hively will officiate. In accordance with family wishes, cremation has occurred.

To cherish her memory, Haley leaves her parents, Michael and Laurel Langmeyer; sister, Alyssa Langmeyer (TSgt. Matthew Marshall); aunts Pam Diver and Lynn Anderson; uncles Scott (Bonnie) Langmeyer and Mitch (Sheila) Miller; grandmother Norma Langmeyer; boyfriend, Rob Rambo; and multiple cousins, great-cousins, friends and co-workers.

Haley is preceded in death by grandfathers, Elmer Langmeyer and Robert Miller; grandmother, Alice Miller; and uncle, David Ridgeway Anderson. 

In lieu of flowers, the family would like memorial contributions in Haley's honor be made to the River Raisin Centre for the Arts, 114 S. Monroe St, Monroe, MI at www.riverraisincentre.org
