Dolores Jean Concini, age 83 of Monroe, passed away peacefully at home, on Saturday, January 3, 2026.

Born October 31, 1942 in Union Town, PA. Dolores was the daughter of the late Emery and Anna (Gavlick) Yakubec. She was raised in Pennsylvania but moved to Monroe for work in the early 70’s.

Dolores met and married the love of her life, Clarence Concini, on May 2, 1970. They spent over 47 wonderful years together before Clarence sadly passed in 2017.

Dolores worked as an accountant for General Motors Acceptance Corporation for 30 years before retiring.  She was a long-time member of the Monroe Missionary Baptist Church as well as a current member at the Heritage Baptist Church.

To cherish her memory, Dolores leaves behind a brother, Edward Yakubec. In addition to her parents, Dolores was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence.

There will be a graveside service on Monday, January 12, 2026, at Roselawn Memorial Park starting at 1 pm, with Pastor Roy Southerland officiating. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Rupp Funeral Home.
