Curtis C. Mushung

Curtis Christopher Mushung, Age 63, died unexpectedly on April 27, 2026 at Promedica Hospital, Monroe MI. 

A lifelong resident of Monroe,  he was born Dec. 14, 1962 to Charles and Betty (Lively) Mushung, I. 

Curtis attended Monroe High School and obtained his welding certificate from Monroe Co Comm College.  He worked for his grandfather at Bal Du Bakery for over 16 years before taking a job as a welder for Ford Motor Company, Monroe. 

To cherish his memory, Curtis is survived by his father, Charles (Elaine) Mushung, I.  His step-father, Thomas (Judy) Eberline, Sr.  His brother, Charles Mushung, II.  His step-brothers, Thomas Eberline, Jr and Richard Finney.  His step-sisters, Michelle Eberline Kirk, Barbara Poupard and Kathie (Steve) Bowman.  Also his nephews and nieces.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Betty J Eberline.  His grandparents, Peter and Susan Mushung and Samuel and Roslla Baltrip. 

As per his wishes there will be no service. Rupp Funeral Home is entrusted with the funeral arrangements.
