Christine Marie Perry, age 51 of Monroe, passed away on Monday, September 23, 2024, at the ProMedica Regional Hospital of Monroe.

Born May 5, 1973 in Monroe. Chrissy was one of four children of Eldeina (Jackson) and the late David Perry. Growing up, Chrissy played in many school plays and musicals. She graduated from the Monroe County Intermediate School District (ISD) in 1999.

Chrissy was a member of St. Annes Catholic Church and always enjoyed being there. In her free time, she liked to listen to music and watch movies like The Land Before Time or any Walt Disney film. Chrissy used to play on Friends Bowling League. She loved her bedroom where she would play with her busy box or her pink Cadillac.

Most importantly, Chrissy enjoyed being around her family. Although she communicated in her own way, you knew whenever she needed something. Chrissy was well loved by all who knew her. She will be deeply missed.

Beloved daughter of Eldeina Perry. Loving sister of Joseph (Tanya) Perry, Anita (Anthony) Norman, and Gerard Perry.

Chrissy was preceded in death by her father: David Perry; nephew: Anthony Norman III; and both sets of grandparents.

In accordance with the families wishes, cremation has taken place. There will be a memorial gathering on Saturday, October 12, 2024, at St. Annes Catholic Church (2420 N. Dixie Highway, Monroe). Recitation of the rosary will start at 10 am with the funeral mass at 11 am. A luncheon will follow services. Officiating is Fr. Henry Rebello.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in honor of Chrissy are suggested to ISD of Monroe.
