Carolyn Jo Leach, age 78 of Monroe, passed away on Sunday, March 29, 2026, at the ProMedica Regional Hospital of Monroe.
Born September 27, 1947, in Knott, Kentucky. Carolyn was the daughter of the late Orville and Irene (Blanton) Spradlin. She was a high school graduate.
After school, she worked at the University of Michigan as an accountant for 10 years before becoming a homemaker for her two sons. Carolyn met and married the love of her life, Stuart Leach in 1987. They were together for over 20 years until he sadly passed away.

To cherish her memory, Carolyn leaves behind her sons, William “Cline” (Karissa) McComas and Jeff (Kathleen) McComas; daughter-in-law, Lisa Conley, also known as the daughter she never had; eight grandchildren, and one great grandchild.
In addition to her parents, Carolyn was preceded in death by husband, Stuart; and a brother, Johnny Bays.
