Marian E. “Betty” Seamans, age 89 of Monroe, died 1:32 a.m. Tuesday at The Lutheran Home. Betty will be cremated in accordance with her wishes.  Her family will receive visitors from 1 p.m. till time of services at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Rupp Funeral Home.  Rev. Brad Lewis, Pastor of First United Methodist Church will officiate. Born June 14, 1922 in Washington D.C., she was the daughter of William Joseph and Marion Alice (Holcomb) Flynn.  She married Roger A. Seamans March 18, 1968 in Juarez Chihuahua, Mexico.  He died January 10, 2010. Betty honorably served her country in the Army Air Corp. during World War II.  She enjoyed volunteering wherever she was needed and antiquing with her husband Roger. Betty is survived by five children; Ken (Mary) Baldwin of Northville, Michigan, Bob Baldwin of Ann Arbor, Michigan, Jim (Darlene) Baldwin of Monroe, Tom (JoAnne) Baldwin of Victoria, Virginia, and Nora Baldwin of Fredericksburg, Virginia; ten grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
