In accordance to his wishes cremation has taken place and there will be no services. Rupp Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

He was a carpenter and dry waller.
He enjoyed riding his bike and walking the dog.
He is survived by his wife Mary “Nicki” Moyer of Monroe, a son, Arthur O. Moyer II of Monroe; a daughter, Renee Bryant of Tellahome, Tennessee, a brother, Richard Moyer of Monroe; a sister, Betty (Louis) Meyers of New Haven, Kentucky; three grandchildren, Samantha Lee Moyer, Rodney Shiver, Jr. and Richard Shiver.
He is preceded in death by his parents.
