Jeanie (as I knew you by) I love to hear you sing at Kentucky park when I was young .heck I just like to hear you talk you had such a unique voice that was unmistakable (that’s one thing we share in common) I haven’t seen you in years but I will always picture you as you looked in the early 80′s when I would go the Sunday school with granny Whitman (Loretta Whitman). . I hope that your husband fred (who I’ve alwAys liked) and your son & daughter and there children don’t mourn the loss of you to long becuz I know you wouldent want them to Cuz you always had a smile on ur face and my dad (Larry Whitman) always liked messing with you and making u laugh . continue enjoying every day of the rest of there life’s as you did and celebrate your memory. If I could only hear you sing just one more time you had the voice of an angel (and as I always told you u sounded like Tanya Tucker )and now your in the angel band. CONGRADULATIONS on your transition into heavan. Luv ya cuz !

Gloria, your gentle loving spirit and infectious smile will be missed. You were such a strong gentle loving woman who enjoyed to laugh and make others comfortable. You were one of the first ones to greet me with opened arms after the Christmas Plays, I could always count on seeing that huge smile, & getting a warm hug! You were quietly present in difficult times, full of smiles/laughter in joyful times. Sarah, Doug, our sons, & I, have a deep love for you & Fred, you both helped our family through such grief and it breaks our hearts to see Fred & family endure the same grief…but we know, that we will see you again! I for one can’t wait some days, heaven is getting sweeter and sweeter, as each of you sweet people journey home. Gloria, you will be missed greatly! I enjoyed our time together (precious memories & too many to list), and I look forward to joining you on the other side one day!

To my loving aunt, who always made a step nephew feel like I was born into the family and she had known me all my life. She was one of the most loving and caring women I have ever known. I will remember her smile that lit up a room and her hugs that made you feel warm and safe but most importantly loved.
    I will miss you.
    Till we hug again.
